Ever thought
of India be in your travel list? Probably 8 out of 10 would
say no, at least those that I knew of had given me a consistent
'no'. Probably to your surprise, I was too trying hard to find
some compelling reasons to convince myself to step foot in this
'unpopular' land, Taj Mahal seemed to be the only one. This
was my foolish view a few months ago until a recent strike in
me that demanded a drastic change in my selfish thought, from
10 reasons of not visiting India to 100 reasons of must go India.
To my Chinese folks, "Why China? Why not India?" The
landscapes are equally mesmerizing, the architectures are equally
magnificent, the falls are equally scaled, the cultures are
equally remarkable, the histories are equally gentle to your ears.
You often see a large poster of a great landscape in another
part of the world, but you rarely see one that illustrates the
essence of India. Many may have forgotten about India, but this
unfairly treatment has instilled an mysterious image of India
in me, and I swear to God I will gradually uncover this mysterious
layer with my camera lens. |
