With the desperate need in
search for second hideaway, I discovered another equally exotic
living space that set itself distinctively away from the hustle
city pace - the Baan Krating Jungle Beach resort, its high-rise
sea view villas and private beach are what make it a Phuket's
hidden treasure. Settling itself in the far south of Phuket
island, it is the furthest (and also last) resort you can gain
access to via a not-so-comfortable trail, great patience is
needed but payoff is tremendous at the end. The minute I stepped
into my highest villa, I turned into another person whom I had
not seen for ages, the lazy-self. I spent whole day sunbathing
on my huge balcony overseeing the jungle and the southern sea.
This was how I spent my 9-day soul searching trip in Phuket
without floating on a long-tailed boat or visiting the so-called-must-visit-but-crowded
Patong town. What the heck, I was truly freshened up with my
superb choice! |
