The Burma Railway, also known as the Siam-Burma Railway, the Thai-Burma Railway and the River Kwai Railway, is a 415-kilometre railway between Thailand and Burma. It also earned the name of Death Railway over the death of one hundred thousand laborers during its 16-month construction in WWII period.
