Having exhausted ourselves with a multitude of tasks and new experiences the whole day, we were all ready to call it a day. But, it ain't over till the fat lady sings! Another highlight was about to unfold. The bus stopped at Pak Tohiron’s House, not far from where we departed earlier. Knowing full well that we were half-dead at this point, and to reward us for the sweat and toil we underwent this morning, the organizer generously treated us to a special dinner, one that even money cannot buy – dining in the middle of lush green paddy fields, with a stunning sunset as the backdrop! It was a dinner with an awesome view. Savouring the sumptuous meal prepared especially for us, we were moved beyond words and overcome with emotions. This wasn’t the end yet. Soon after dinner, a huge projector screen was set up before the paddy fields. Yes, it was our time to present the photo documentaries that each team had produced in the morning. What else can be more refreshing than giving a presentation outdoor, surrounded by stunning views? Our team Fatin’s spirit literally soared at that moment. Backed by Trevor’s (the Producer) remarkable presentation skills, our team received The Best Documentary Photography award. Most importantly, one of the judges was none other than our country’s very own Arthur Teng - a famous veteran photographer in Malaysia. Each of us in my team received a prize of 10kg rice pack from Sekinchan, what a way to end a fruitful away day!

Cycling home, it’s almost dark.

A dining experience that money cannot buy.

Bon appétit!

As mentioned by Arthur Teng, "Every sunset is a beautiful sunset", how could I let it slip pass quietly!

The mesmerizing afterglow interrupted our outdoor presentation several times that evening.
